What are the timelines?
Timelines are defined during the quoting phase with intermediate milestones. As a general rule, you can divide the project cost by 2,250 to estimate its duration in weeks.
How do payments work?
For projects, payment is split into: 30% advance upon signing, followed by 30% upon delivery of the first beta version and the remaining 40% upon delivery of the finished product. For consulting, payment is made per service rendered.
Can I request exclusivity?
Exclusivity is absolutely optional and can be applied to a project when competition is critical for you. It obliges the studio not to undertake projects similar to your competitors for a defined period of time.
Who owns the project?
All projects are delivered with a perpetual and unlimited usage license. This allows you to use the product as you wish and include it in your business assets without any problem. No intellectual property or copyright transfers are made on the projects realized.
Do you offer post-launch support?
We are always available for post-launch support and assistance, to ensure the product works as expected and to resolve any issues. Where required, we offer perpetual support packages to ensure updates and continuity.
Is debugging included?
For projects, to deliver a quality product, we offer 1 month of free debugging for each project starting from final delivery.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
We use AI as a support tool to accelerate the most repetitive phases of development (boilerplate, code analysis, debugging, optimization), so we can focus our energy on design, architectural choices and final product quality. We can also work without AI when the project requires it.
Are there hidden recurring costs?
You will never pay more than what the provider charges. The studio is morally obligated to charge your project's recurring costs (hosting, cloud, services) directly to your preferred payment method.
