It depends on scope, integrations and how quickly the required information is available. I define it in the proposal with intermediate milestones; the examples on this page are only a guide.

30% on signing, 30% on delivery of the first beta, 40% on final delivery. Consulting is paid per service rendered.

Yes. On delivery you receive the source code and essential documentation, with a perpetual usage licence and the ability to have the project evolved by third parties. Copyright in the work remains with the studio unless different terms are agreed in writing.

Yes. Hosting and services stay on accounts held in your name and your data remains exportable. After the included month you can migrate with another technician; if you want my assistance, it is quoted separately.

For one month I correct defects against the agreed scope at no cost; new features and scope changes are assessed separately. Afterwards, support and maintenance remain optional: pay-as-you-go, packages, an annual plan or a dedicated quote.
